MARCH 17, 18, 19 from 8:30am-1:30pm - 3 days - 1.5 hour on ice daily - 1 hour dryland daily - 1 hour video session daily Detailed Schedule: 8:30am - Drop off 9-10:30 am - On ice training 11-12pm - Dryland Training 12-1pm - Classroom 1:30pm - Pick up Tuesday - Powerskating focused Wednesday - Puck Handling & Shooting Thursday - Battles/Games Scenarios *Participants may bring their own snacks/food for during classroom and comfortable clothes & shoes for dryland
