Spots are limited - first come, first serve. *** PLEASE BOOK TIME ACCORDINGLY TO AGE *** 6-9 years old: 4 - 5pm 10-12 years old: 5 - 6pm 13-15 years old: 6 - 7pm Bring comfy clothes, indoor shoes and water bottle. Elevate your game with our Elite Off-Ice Training on Mondays, designed to enhance movement development and optimize on-ice performance. Our strength and hypertrophy session for 13-15 year old is designed to maximize your strength and hypertrophy, helping you dominate the rink. Engage in targeted dryland exercises that build strength, agility, and endurance, ensuring you’re prepared to dominate during every shift. MONDAYS - May 25th - June 1st - June 8th - June 15th - June 22th - June 29th
